Re: 2013 Free Agents
10 catches vs LSU
11 catches vs Bama going against what probably will be the first corner taken in the draft... hopefully this man has a bad combine.
good point! it would be a good pick, good numbers against future NFL players. We need another playmaker |

Haha, I like that! It should be included in the forum rules section... |
I want the Redskins to sign that guy Jarius Byrd. He's a ball hawking free safety that will definitely improve our secondary.
I wouldn't mind seeing him in the B&G either. Young and fills a need. |
Re: 2013 Free Agents
Gimme Pacman & Chris Clemons!

I see what you did there. Lol |
Re: 2013 Free Agents
Jarius Byrd and Sebastan Volmer are really the main two FAs I want. With Aqib Talib and Leodis McKelvin the next tier of guys.

Will Volmer fit in well with the zbs? I like him too ....if he fits, and can stay healthy. Byrd would be great, unfortunately he is probably at the top of alot of teams lists. |
Re: 2013 Free Agents
vollmer is the only RT FA on the market worth looking at, i think he'd be better than polumbus easily.

The RT's that arent worth looking at are still an upgrade over Polumbus. |
Re: 2013 Free Agents
Vollmer is going to demand a lot of cash. Yes a lot of RTs are better than Polumbus, but Polumbus is a great backup and, quiet frankly, I believe that this whole line was good enough to win a super bowl this year. RT is a need but not as big as CB and Safety.

Painkillers don't give you a heart attack, not sure what happened there. My guess is either he did cocaine which caused the heart attack, or had a virus which caused inflammation around the heart. Regardless, if he checks out could be a worthwhile addition. Would definitely be interesting for the NFL to expand their drafting. Since we have limited draft picks - this would be a great way to get talent if it's out there. Canada / arena football / etc are good, but is there any talent in rugby players or worldwide? Basketball is now getting elite players from Europe, there's got to be someone worldwide who's big and fast who we could develop on the practice squad.. |
