Huh?

Who are you sitting down, Cravens or Swearinger?

Oh right Cravens, I forgot he is moving back. My bad.

Yeah, Manusky said he liked swearinger moving around but liked him high. and Cooley on his film breakdown said that he was at FS most of the snaps in AZ. He also said something along the lines of him not being the same type of in the box player as Cravens. He called him a "peacock tackler," that he makes a show that he is going to hit you big, but doesn't quite deliver the blow and often is a shoestring tackler. He also said he does a good job of tackling well without hitting illegally. He gave him a B+ as a player.

When I watched highlights it looked like he was a hard hitting safety and much of what is said about him otherwise makes him out to be similar to a ravens, so I don't know. Are the Redskins trying to fit a square peg? Do they see something others don't? Or is his style misunderstood by the laymen but seen differently by football guys? Either way, I believe our Safety position is much improved with him here.

As far as Hall, they've said they want to see what he's got left in him. He says he'd take a pay cut to stay. I think he will likely renegotiate and get a chance to compete, especially now that Butler is off the block.

Jeez... time to move on from Hall already. His body is not going to hold up. Just go in another direction with some younger guys. I feel like he hasn't played in two years.

NFL.com listed 2 corners that they
Skins visited with at the senior bowl. Hall needs to retire.

It's because he's played like 1/2 a game in two years. Can't believe they are counting on him for anything.

Jay and Bruce love dhall...I see him contributing to the upcoming season somehow. Whether it's on the field or not. Tough to see him returning to the field though

it's not unheard of for dbs to have successful careers into their late 30's. i know he's had significant injuries the past couple years, but he's 33.

here's to giving him the benefit of the doubt!

yeah . . . nobody said they were counting on him for anything . . . they said they like his leadership and would love to have him around if he is healthy . . . and even stated they have no clue where he is even at in his rehab

Well the fact that he hasn't restructured or been released indicates they are counting on him to be a player for the Redskins this upcoming season.
