Phillip Thomas will start and be a good SS imo. Our FS of the future will join our team on Friday.

So I'd be very happy with this draft. Good RT that could hopefully start at some point this season, one of my favorite prospects at ILB, DL depth, change-of-pace RB/WR for Gruden, huge target for RG3, and an excellent risk pick in the 7th. I like it. |
Re: 2014 draft prospects Early edition
My final mock:
2nd: Jimmie Ward FS, Northern Illinois 3rd: Antonio Richardson OT, Tennessee 3rd: (trade for Cousins) Shane Skov ILB, Stanford 4th: De'Anthony Thomas Offensive Weapon, Oregon 5th: Daniel McClusters NT, Tennessee 6th: Jaylen Watkins CB, Florida 7th: BPA. Sidenote, wouldnt it be awesomely stupid of Cleveland to give us a 3rd and Joe Haden for Kirk Cousins? |

Is Daniel McClusters Dexter's son who has a flair for plurals? :) You get credit for naming the new position "offensive weapon." |

I would love snagging Richardson in the third and getting a top player for our D in the second. I had Skov in the fourth. |

So, nope. No relation to Dexter McCluster. Also, it was the Jaguars(or more accurately, Denard Robinson) who originally came up with the term "Offensive Weapon". As for "McClusters," I think Quake knows I was just playfully yanking his chain a bit, as he yanked mine about Mosley. |
Re: 2014 draft prospects Early edition
Just didn't know if you knew his name wasn't McClusters. While discussing McCullers, I think he has a ton of potential. Obviously a mauler at 6-7, 352, and he also had 27 reps on the bench at the Combine. A bit raw from the pass rushing perspective, but he could become a beast.
On a different topic, there were some interesting tidbits in Allen's pre-draft presser.
