Re: Haynesworth fails conditioning test

OK, ask yourself this question.

If I had to choose one of those guys to put on my defensive line, which of the two would I take.

If you say Dockett, then you are the chump, regardless of attitude and predispositions on character. Dockett absolutely has the right to tweet about AH. But it makes him look like an idiot in my eyes, because he has never been, and never will be, even HALF of the caliber of player that is Albert Haynesworth. He is a green with envy hater.

I'm surprised so many people in Skinsland seem concerned about Haynesworth's unfair treatment and worry about his fragile ego and his feelings.

Are u freakin kidding me?

I think you're vastly underestimating Dockett. I will say this, if Big Al wanted to he could be light years ahead of the rest of the D-linemen in the league. So in that regard, Dockett probably isn't even half the caliber of player Haynesworth COULD be.

But considering the effort they both put on the field (and off), I'd love to have Dockett on my team

Im not concerned about his hurt feelings. Just saying that who the hell is Darnell Dockett to go out of his way to comment on AH's situation?

Re: Haynesworth fails conditioning test

Guess I'm a chump too because given the choice I would take Dockett over AH, easily.

Dockett is a high motor guy who has alot of passion for the game. Can't say that about AH.

me and you are skins fans on a skins fan forum talking about a skins player.

darnell is an arizona cardinal. they opened their training camp. darnell should be worried about the cards and darnell.

its getting to the point that this guy is basically shit talking about another player. during the offseason players chimedin their 2 cents. now with the season started, taking unprovoked shots at another player is a chump move imo. basically theres no need for him to be running his mouth at this point unless he has something personally against haynesworth.

Dockett does run his mouth too much, but there's really no defending AH at this point.

Re: Haynesworth fails conditioning test

You know...If the question was posed 2 years ago I'd go with Haynesworth but after AH's bs I would take Dockett over him without hesitation. Dockett is all over the and he doesn't seem to take breaks either. Being in the West coast we get to see Arizona play a lot and I can tell you that Dockett is an elite Defensive player.

If you can talk shit about AH so can anyone else. This isn't the US senate, there is no decorum to observer. Plus DD doesn't have to worry about anything, he's good to go.

Re: Haynesworth fails conditioning test

If anyone has room to rib Haynesworth, it's most definitely Darnell Dockett. I wouldn't call him dominate, but he's clearly one of the best at his position and consistent.

Secondly, I would have to think Haynesworth is actually getting a kick out of Dockett teasing from a far. I mean, no one really teases a nobody.

If I have to choose between the two, I'm still taking Haynesworth.

Re: Haynesworth fails conditioning test

Dockett is calling out Haynesworth because he's not living up to the hype or fulfilling his potential. People who represent the best in their field owe it to each other to be the best. Haynesworth is not only letting down the Redskins, he's letting down all elite defensive lineman, IMO.

Would Einstein be wrong to call out Neils Bohr if he didn't come correct?

That's a good point, because when Dockett starts talking new contract next year, a lot of teams are going to be thinking the last time a DT was paid a truckload of money, look what happened. It's not Dockett's fault, but it works that way sometimes

I just saw a video of the freakin sports anchor for the local Fox station and she just did the test that AH takes and she almost passed it. lol. C'mon Al!!!!! Her name in Lindsey...not Czarniak on NBC, there is another one and she's pretty cute too. It's on Yahoo.

I agree with this except i think as these things don't happen in a vacuum it's entirely possible the opposite happens in this case. Dockett is a high motor guy that tries every play 100%. He also has been very public of his criticism of Haynesworth's actions. Paraphrasing: "i will play any position, and do anything the coach asks me for that kind of money."

Albert gave Dockett a platform to advertise his personality.
