Re: Redskins at Patriots Game Thread 8/26/06
It had failing drives that got to midfield and then our 2nd, 3rd strings would move the ball. We didnt have to stay in this long also.

Re: Redskins at Patriots Game Thread 8/26/06
i was always puzzled why he had to bring in Saunders (Gibbs' health?). Last year, our offense was pretty productive. all we needed was some WRs and we got them. plus we got another weapon at halfback.
why did we have to bring someone new to shake up everything and fix something that wasnt broken?
Relax. We'll be fine. Did you give up on the season when the Giants murdered us 36-0 nothing last year? We didn't show up to play today, plain and simple. We looked like a slow and tired team out there. Don't read too much into this. The only area I'm concerned about is Special Teams - coverage was bad, we have an inconsistent kicker and punter, and our coverage in the preseason has been rather suspect. |
Re: Redskins at Patriots Game Thread 8/26/06
id rather go 0-4 in preseason and get all the loosing out our system .. hope thats how it works this yr lol
Career high Brunell
Franchise Highs in CP - Yards Moss-Yards Cooley- Receptions Why isnt this offense built around them. This is CP's team. Without him we dont exist. Very simple.
For all the individual records, there was that playoff game in Tampa Bay -- winning with the least amount of offensive production in league history. We had each of those guys throughout the season, along with a strong defense, and it wasn't enough to get us to the big dance. We were close, no doubt, but I think there had to be adjustments. |

Exacty but why isnt this Offense geared to these guys. No hustle or moves to the O-Line. Still stuck with Mark. How would we look with McNair!! Who is driving this thing. |
Re: Redskins at Patriots Game Thread 8/26/06
