Forget the death penalty for the football team. That's not enough. DOE needs to pull all federal aid to the university. Means no funding and no scholarships for anyone. Will totally cripple the university, the community, and unfortunately probably even people who don't deserve to be punished. But no punishment is really punishment enough is kind of how I feel at the moment.

I agree.

Also, I hope Scott Paterno gets hit by a bus. It's saddening to hear these clowns defend such horrible behavior. Amazing the values they teach our young. He's a coward and liar much like his father. Guess the apple doesn't fall too far from the tree.

Unbelievable, in Sandusky's retirment package he personally requested: free lifetime use of the East Area Locker Room facilities.

This is in 1999, i mean good lord they gave him a safe haven to rape children on their campus!!!!

NOT only that, but JoePa gave him to option to continue coaching.

The actually rehired him after his retirement.
A month into retirement proceedings, AD Tim Curley applied to have Sandusky reemployed as an "emergency hire." It was granted, and Sandusky was re-hired for 95 days, at the same salary plus a six percent cost-of-living increase. In December of that year, Sandusky brought Victim 4 along to the Alamo Bowl in San Antonio, and assaulted him at the team hotel.
Sandusky's wife was listening to rapes from her basement. She needs to go down too.

It's sick to hear how deep this went. They should just burn the school down.

Anyone who is still defending Joe Pa at this point just needs to stick a gun in their mouth.

and wtf is this:

"A lot of stuff get swept under the rug at university’s don’t understand why penn state had to tell the media we got a coach rapping kids"

So Roddy White doesnt understand why Penn St should make it known a child molester is football coach?

I see Roddy conjugates his verbs Warpath style:"rapping" kinda like "hatting". Those silent e are a mutherf*cker.

Yeah, the school really learned something didn't it? STILL trying to protect their image even after all this. It's a shame the NCAA isn't going to give them the death penalty in this.
The handful of students and alumni that gathered in Penn State's student center this morning to watch the release of the Freeh report live were stunned when the channel suddenly switched.

While most of campus was still sleepy, the small group was viewing CNN on a large screen, or one of several smaller screens nearby, in anticipation of the 9 a.m. release of the report on the sex abuse scandal that has gripped the school.

Most were hoping that the report, part of a seven-month probe by former FBI Director Louis Freeh, would exonerate legendary football coach Joe Paterno.

But, just as an anchor was ready to speak about the report, the television screens suddenly went blank. They then turned to a public access channel featuring a reporter from The Morning Call newspaper in Allentown about the state budget.
**** these guys. I hope the school burns to the ground.

In a perfect world Penn State would be shunned and just shrivel up and blow away. No one should want to be associated with something that deeply flawed.

Sadly I doubt that will be the case.

The Big Ten Network didn't cover any of the press conference instead showing old Big Ten games. Their reasoning: they are "not and never intended to be a news organization"

That's a bunch of bull. They have to cover this

Wow. I haven't seen anything yet but did the NCAA take the death penalty off the table? Because it is absolutely horrendous that after all this, the penultimate blow, they are still trying to protect themselves. What massive pieces of shit.

Re: Sex Abuse Scandal Rocks Penn State

they seem to deserve the ncaa death penalty, but the main culprits (JoePa and Sandusky) are out of the picture... I'm sure ADs and other knew too though. It can't just be a slap on the wrist, it's got to be severe.

Re: Sex Abuse Scandal Rocks Penn State

So I see Penn State had uniform security yesterday evening and through the night guarding the Paterno statue. Amazing to see where their concerns still lie...
