I just want someone to explain to me why you call for deep balls when you need 5 yards to convert the 1st down.

We are pathetic at 3rd down conversions.

We should've just kept Pat White and let him kick our FG's, at least he would've been closer.
The coach is stuck because he has to deal with a fan favorite diva QB who will talk up a storm to the media if he's pulled. I think MS just doesn't want to deal with that distraction.
Then the coach goes in front of the camera and puts the smack down on his ass or pulls him for Cousins. The coach is the coach!!!!!! He is paid to win!!!!!!

How do you know they called for a deep pass?

redskins5044 09-15-2013 02:59 PM
If you think that then surely the guys who do it for a living have thought of this idea too. I have to think they wont roll him out and get him away from traffic because they know he cant make the throws on the move because his leg isn't 100%.
Then he shouldn't be playing, KC can at least run the bootlegs. But he is 100% he said so, so this week will it be the case of cant get rights again.

Not since RG3 got here he isn't. People tune in to see RG3 not MS and RG3 knows it.

If RG3 can't execute a basic roll-out he shouldn't be in the game....and if MS is too spineless to sit him he shouldn't be getting paid $ 7M/yr. to coach.
