Run the ball, play solid D, and win with special teams. We did 2 of the 3. This is how we will play every game. It is the way the 49ers and Seattle did it with scot mccloughan.
This. They played physical today. Offense line was playing like men.. |

Being a Redskins fan is like being a virgin and your girlfriend keeps promising to go all the way, and then something happens to interrupt. When you finally give up, she starts teasing you and then changes her mind last minute.
No impressed with miami they were supposed to roll us and they honestly shouldn't have Even won. Skins have same problem like always, bad play calling and too many tos. Going to b lucky to win 6 games folks
Skins still have the same problem, they fuck*ng suck. Rooting for this team is literally the worst part of my life. On a positive, at least I must have a pretty good life. |
Re: Skins vs Fins Week one Gameday thread
It's a matter of time man. With our schedule we could start out 0-5 or so and then it may happen
It is not going to happen. He would have to lose the team in 4 weeks. |
Re: Skins vs Fins Week one Gameday thread
Andrew Luck just threw a pick to end the game. I guess there future QB isn't on the roster.

Lol yep |
Re: Skins vs Fins Week one Gameday thread
Honestly, they played better than I thought, I figured with Suh, Wake and company this would have been a big disaster. The killer is the 'special' teams, yet again. Not going to win many games when you consistently give up big plays on special teams, which has been a Redskins hallmark, during this long losing stretch.

You must not have been watching the game today. That's okay, it wasn't worth the waste of 3 hours. |

If this is the worse part of your life, you are in good shape. The Redskins might not make the playoff's but they will hurt teams. |
Re: Skins vs Fins Week one Gameday thread
Let's be real none of us said we would win many games so y be surprised?

Re: Skins vs Fins Week one Gameday thread
Houston just benched their QB and the Browns lost there QB. The Redskins are not that bad.

Re: Skins vs Fins Week one Gameday thread
Typical Skins game. An opportunity to win was turned into an almost comical collapse. Terrible special teams, missed opportunities on defense, numerous stupid penalties, inability to convert third downs, turnovers. We've seen this same game played out a thousand times.

Re: Skins vs Fins Week one Gameday thread
Time of possession:
Redskins 37:54 Dolphins: 22:06 This should have been an ass kicking when you control the clock like that. |

I think we still have a chance at 8-8 but Gruden needs to find his microscopic balls. They are so small they may actually be concave. That play calling was fucking awful. Coupled with that string of penalties at the end of the 3rd it was just pretty much game over. |
