Its not worth it man. Don't do it unless you have other reasons than a diet. It is not just a diet its a lifestyle that not many can tolerate.

I dont know he vanished earlier without a trace the only clue we have is his last post. Here is my theory, he was kidnapped by his wife who tied him up against his will and gave him a big hug. In all of the excitement he exploded with emotion, rolled over and went to sleep.
