ok let me start by saying Hail to all my brothers and sisters here! been reading for a long time and many threads almost made me become a member,just didnt do it....until now. here we go,

1st jersey-#48 davis
2nd jersey-#24 bailey
3rd jersey-#80 coles
4th jersey-#21 smoot (authentic)
5th jersey-#56 arrington (authentic)

all jerseys were bought during their last season prior to these players being cut,traded or to FA. i just knew smoot wasnt going anywhere and thought LA would be here for atleast 1-2 more yrs. anyway if their is a player you dont want on the roster just let me know and i will go by their jersey, im actually thinking of buying a taylor jacobs this weekend. seriously its all old school from here on out. next jersey-#57 Ken Harvey

Yeah, that sucks.. Jersey thing and name thing.. Anyway, I got 2 Darrell's and just got a cooley. Couldn't resist. Wish me luck =)

Heck, I still wear my Stephen Davis #48 jersey and am glad to do it. It's the colors I wear, not just the name. I just bought a Portis and a Moss. Think those guys will stick around? :)

I occasionally rock my Sam Shade jersey because he at least finished his career as a Redskin. However, I've looked into buying some obscure Skins throwbacks recently. Ricky Sanders, Reggie Brooks, Marvcus Patton, guys of that ilk...lol

I'm with you 70chip! JERSEY's ARE OVER.. It was a cool fad while it lasted.. but they're too expensive and you get burned every dogawn' time!
Look.. about 5 years ago at the stadium on game day, I would walk into the packed pisser and there would be maybe 10 guys wearin jersey's.. it was cool, hip, hot, progressive, AVANT-GARDE!

But now ....its soooo BEAT! I walk into the pisser and I look around and I scratch my head.. everyone is in uniform.. its kinda lame. I now go to the game in "my own" battle gear, usually consisting of general Redskin regalia and color tones. I still have a Gus Frerotte, Darrell Green, and a Patrick Ramsey jersey.. Of course the Darrell Green jersey is gold forever, but the other two just look ridiculous to wear now.

However, I understand that some fans absolutely have to wear a jersey. For those people I say get a customized or throw back number.. why get burnt every year.. its stupid. Save more money for those $7 snyder beers!

whoops,thanks steveo394 for pointing out the typo. i was in such a hurry to sign up and post on top of being completely bent on the whole jersey thing.[img]http://www.thewarpath.net/images/icons/icon8.gif[/img]not sure how to fix it.... so now that you guys know the outcome of players when i buy their jerseys shouldnt i buy a taylor jacobs?
