To be completely honest, breadmen are some of the nicest and hardest working people I know. When I was a rookie doing vacations my first year these guys went way out of their way to help me out. It's very appreciated![/quote] My husband works for Flowers Baking Co. out of Greensboro, NC. His route is an absolute beast. He works from about 3 am to 5 pm on his worst days. Merita Bread is going under down here and so they're getting ready to pick up Food Lion's private label too. My husband can barely get the bread on his truck as it is and he's having to turn down accounts. He's also their "go to guy" for everything (ride alongs, training, etc.) But my husband is one of those people who is either going 100 mph or is asleep. There's no in between, so this job is a good fit for him. |

I'm not a fan of going to bed or getting up.

You're not a fan of getting up BECAUSE you're not a fan of going to bed. :) |
