and we have the dumpsters in my development. but the job foreman keeps them empty. and keeps moving them. so they don't bother people for too long

I put a FREE sign on it today hoping someone will just take it...... maybe I should put a FOR SALE sign on it when I get home, because then I’m sure it will disappear over night....

Anyway, looks like the end result is the funds will come out of the HOA community fees to have it hauled away. We really have no other choice....

…… That ends our lesson on illegal dumping in MD.
