Why is it still all about them even in a loss?[/quote] They might be talking about those blown coverage big plays the Skins got. I was listening to the radio and they were talking about how Newman missed some assignments and how on that TD to Thrash, Newman slipped and fell to leave him wide open.

IMO, Newman did make some bigtime coverage mistakes but on one play that some considered blown coverage, I say Moss made a excellent double move. That s**t was textbook.

The Skins earned that win, I have no problem admitting that. We will see ya'll again, I just hope the Cowboys learn from this game. I think it's good for some teams to have someone come in your house and hand it to you. Now they know it's serious in the NFCE. Real serious. Great game.

Why is everyone so upset with the "lack of love"? Who cares? In fact, it seems the best teams lose year in and year out. The Giants got no love last year and they won it all...I'd rather be the Giants of 2008 than the Patriots of 2008.

I noticed the same thing with Howie Long. He was trying to mention how the skins dominated the game. However, Terry and Jimmy Johnson wouldn't shut the hell up. They just kept talking over him.

Well Peter King had the Redskins at #4 in his Fine 15 so I think some of it is where you are looking too. Is anyone really bothered by commentary on the Redskins when the economy is in meltdown mode?

ehhh until dallas falss flat on their face things wont change...if we squeeze out a win in philly this week...i venture to say a lot of people will jump on the band wagon.

Mickey Spagnola, beat writer for the Dallas Cowboys, has a well written article. His premise is the the Cowboys have been deemed immortal and most Cowboy fans are shocked because it is unthinkable that a team like the Redskins can dominate them at home. During the whole game, true Cowboy fans knew that they will comeback and prevail in the end. The media has this same attitude about the Cowboys. I don't care. I like that the Redskins are viewed as the underdog and everyone takes them for granted. That's how the Giants won the Superbowl last year. I hope that is the Redskin's formula this year.

I think the media is so suprised that the redskins actually beat dallas. They were so sure that dallas was going to win and thought that the cowgirls were the best team in the league. Plus the media never gives washington any expusure, let alone any credit when they do something great.
