A fantastic city for the musical and culinary arts. A rich jazz history, and one of the best dining towns in the USA. Glad to hear you're having so much fun. That part of the country is so unique.

Don't do it. Everyone I know that has purchased a time share say's its the worse thing they ever did. If your dead set on doing so find a site or place where people are trying to dump off their time share at a loss because they never seem to gain any value only decress in value. I work for a guy who sold time shares on the weekends and he always talked about what a racket they are and he made good money selling them to what he called suckers.
