I'm just venting cause I saw two freakin rookies ( Stafford too) throw the damn ball over 20 yards and our 5th year starter either can't or won't. I'm over it til next week. lol.
Fair enough. Don't sweat it. It's the preseason.
I'm sorry but I'm getting sick and tired of this "get in a rhythm" nonsense. Where is the urgency? How about make some big plays and put some points on the damn board??? Freakin Mark Sanchez did it. I still can't believe that after all the off season OTA and mimi camp stuff they came out and ran the same stupid ass offense. I guess why I'm so mad is because I watched NE come out and they were not messing around. They have the best QB and WR in football and they meant business....they threw it downfield and scored and we threw passes short of the 1st down marker.
I'm not worried about the urgency thing since it's the preseason. But dating back to last season, it definitely feels like we're unwilling to try to attack opposing defenses. We've got very little working for us vertically. Once Santana gets on the field and we can throw ARE in the slot with Thomas or Kelly at #2, that should change. It better change.

I hear what you're saying about NE, but Moss is one of the two or three best WRs to ever play the game, and Brady is in the same league at QB. You're talking about two first-ballot HOF'ers, and they also played an entire half, not just two series.
