Emmitt is a total moron, but why are some of you getting vulgar and upset about this? He's a Cowboy. Of course he loved beating us.

I've heard enough stories from the few people I know who were close to the organization the past few years to know that Snyder is far from a nice man. I know he's given to charities, but so what? Any billionaire can cut a check to make himself look good. He's far from a nice man.

I personally[B] LOVE IT![/B] Every time Emmitt Smith opens his mouth he proves himself to be more and more a moron. I do appreciate his sentiments, he is a cowroid, I wouldn't want him to be a fan of the Skins any day.

Where did emmitt-ass go to college :) ????? Would love to see emmitt standing next to plastice man JJ at the cowturds " new " stadium next year when we roll into town , only to have Orakpo knock romo into the both of them and KO all 3 with one shot on the sideline :) . dallass / emmitt = losers !

That's what I've heard too. From what I have seen and what I have heard from other more in the know than me everything ES said is true.

Its comical to watch people who trash DS on a regular basis rise in his defense against someone making, from all accounts, true statements.

Giving money to charities isn't really a good indicator of the really wealthy being a good person. They aren't giving that large a percentage of their income and maybe using it to just manipulate their public image.

Can't say I know Snyder all that well. But what I know and have heard of him, he does a lot more than just give money to charities. Is he the most approachable, warm-hearted person? Not necessarily. I wouldn't randomly reach out to him like I would and do with other owners. But what I've learned is that a lot of people who say he's not nice generally have a difficult time separating Snyder as the owner of a business basically from Snyder the person. The former has to make decisions that aren't always nice. Just like any CEO. But again, I don't know him all that well on a personal level.

Either way, I'll never forgive Barry Sanders for retiring early and basically handing the all-time rushing record to Emmitt

Where did you go to college Mr. Pompous? My fiancee and I love the quality of education we received at UF. We and plenty of our friends who graduated from that university are doing great in life. It's the best school in the state, and one of the best public universities in the country.

There are stupid meatheads on every single division 1 football team in the country. To think otherwise is ignorant, just like your statement. I see you live in Hattiesburg, MS. Please tell me you went to Miss St or Ole Miss and you're criticizing the education at UF. LOL.

I really don't have anything against the education at UF. I know some faculty members there and they are fine scholars. UF offers a quality education for many students. The problem is that Emmitt provides a negative public face for the school. Unfortunately for you, this will not be the last time that someone asks where Emmitt went to school.

I wouldn't exactly say he provides a negative public face for the school. Sure I hate that he's a Cowboy, and he's clearly not well-spoken or very intelligent, but he's not a bad guy off the field, and is an NFL hall of famer. But if I was trying to market a UF education, I certainly wouldn't mention Emmitt.

I think right now the face of UF is without question Tim Tebow. His big toe is smarter than Emmitt.

How in the world does ES provide a negative public face for UF? If you asked 10 people on the street I'd bet 9 of them couldnt tell you what college he went to.

I knew where he went to school and so do some other folks. For anyone who knows where he went to school, he is poor advertising for a UF education. Besides, the question asked above, "Where did he go to school?," has been asked by many people for years, not for the last time. Any time someone "debacles" a college education like Emmitt has, questions arise.

Hell I thought he went to Miami. A car passed me today with University of Miami flags on it and the first thing I thought of was Emmitt Smith because of reading this thread this morning. Slipped my mind he went to Florida.
