This should be a shot across Apple's bow. I don't think Android is as far behind as you think Matty.

I'm looking forward to Notion Ink's upcoming android based tablet which has nVidia's Tegra 2 processor.

Wow, Apple is out of it's fucking mind if it thinks Flash should adapt to its requirements. Plus, Apple and Standards is an oxymoron.
I hate the user interface, the hardware restrictions (replacing batteries), the development API (Objective-C? what are we in, the 80's?), the Apple "premium" you have to pay and that god awful iTunes app.

I justly hate Apple products. Oh and Android is definitely going to crush them...PC vs Mac bloodbath all over again.
LOL. I was going to post the very same article. :)

Open-platform ftw.

Edit: this crap about finding it in a bar is a PR stunt IMO. I read a good article about all the coincidences and how they line up too well, but I'm too lazy to find it. This is Apple's property, and it would take some serious balls for Gizmodo to do all this without permission from Apple.

Up until the police got involved I would have agreed with you. But if the police find out that they searched Gizmodo's property due to a PR stunt, one or both of the company's would have some serious 'splainin to do
