another nice one.. would be cool to have it a bit tightened up though

on a standard resolution all you can see is the banner and google ads without scrolling down

Can we get a more manly shot of our head coach in there instead of that "you go girl" pose?

I really like it as well...I do have 1 minor complaint though, it's pretty tall, it just seems like it takes a bit too much of the page before the fold.
