I can think of only one job where it might be normal behavior |
I don't know . I've never had a job where I was so easily suspended without pay for my personal life.
I know they're famous and stuff but its still his life he can't send pictures of his weiner to some grown women. It didn't sound like she didn't want them . heck who knows she mightve asked for them. i just find the NFL is worried to much about public image then the actual game these days. for that matter I really haven't seen games get postponed untill the last two seasons that is some bull ish .... THIS IS FOOTBALL rain and lightning didn't stop the warriors in the 70's 80's and 90's why is everyone so P.C and worried about everything these days. John Maddens Raiders was a squad full of convicts that walked the dog with teams i want to see more teams like that. Hail!
I've never had a job where I WOULDN'T be in trouble for what Favre did (allegedly). |
Re: Source: Brett Favre review on fast track
Stopping a game due to lightening is PC? I'd say it's just being smart.
Is it really that hard to believe in today's day and age? It doesn't sound to me like Jenn Sterger was trying to hurt Favre. It would've gone away if whoever (yes I'm aware it could've been Jenn Sterger that sold the pics/voicemails to Deadspin) hadn't sold the evidence to Deadspin, but now that it's done it's out in the open, and the NFL has no choice but to investigate. She'd be going to a lot of trouble to try and frame Brett Favre if this was false.
Somewhere, I read it wasn't initially her idea to go forward with this to the extent it would cause repercussions for Favre, or to have to go into a detailed explanation for all those anxious for the story. It was a friend of her's that inspired her to consider making the details public. Does the incident rise to the level of suspension? I guess we'll just have to wait and see. |
Re: Source: Brett Favre review on fast track
You know whats PC? people getting outraged over a dude goofing around with a chick who was obviously into it over private comunications...
When Tiger was screwing around on his wife (a far more serious but also personal matter made public), the moral outrage was such a PC driven disingenuous load of BS... How many of the men who were feigning moral outrage at Tiger were part of the 70% of married men you cheat on their wives at least once in their marriage? This thing with Favre goofing off sending crude texts or voice mails is just media and NFL PC witch hunt driven bull shizzle. Wow you mean to tell me dumb jocks who never had to grow up are doing the equivalent of running out into the hall and waggling their peckers at the cheerleaders? Except now it's all texts and voice? *GASP* I am just sickened and saddened to learn that jocks can be crude, over testosteroned goofs!? God I feel sorry for young people today having to grow up in such a uptight, oversensitive culture that is so quick to hang a victim label on the slightest silly BS, and then is so quick to don fake moral outrage. I find this shocking* I am morally outraged* There is no excuse for this* *nudge nudge, wink wink |

Yet I've never cheated. What about that scenario? 2) You are correct with your second part. We should let athletes treat women however they want. Let them rape and kill. After all, this behavior is all we expect of them. /sarc |
Re: Source: Brett Favre review on fast track
I'd love to see an unexpected twist to the story...Tony Romo as a recipient of some Favre photos.
That's ridiculous. If these allegations are true that's sexual harassment. And is the second time in a month the Jets have allegedly turned a blind eye to mistreatment of women in the workplace.
Sorry but that stuff with the first girl was total 100% BS. If that girl doesn't want guys saying stuff to her then she needs to dress like a professional. Then the next day she's on every single morning talk show?? Total attention whore. This is a different story w/ Farve. But I'd let the facts come out. Maybe he was banging her and then sent the pics to her. If that was the case was it harassment? |
