That's hilarious.
I think we all do this kind of purchasing at one point, for something. Heck, we use Dawn soap for my wife.
Instead of toilet paper? What? Huh? |

I can't cook much but the one thing that I think I can make pretty well involves this stuff. I basically just tried to copy the Thai Peanut Saute from Noodles & Co. but at this point I like mine more. I start out with some grilled chicken, seasoned with garlic, pepper, season-all, lemon, & lime juice. Then I make some whole wheat pasta, steamed broccoli, carrots, green beans, and I recently started adding a little bit of spinach. Then top everything off with this peanut sauce, a little soy sauce, and a few sprinkles of Old Bay. Its spicy and pretty filling. I think I could eat it every night.
Based on this post, I bought a bottle the other day to go with this awesome Thai Yellow Curry my wife makes, and this stuff blows any store-bought peanut sauce out of the water. Thanks AMD. |

Re: Pimp That Product
I, like others, love the cock (rooster) sauce. Delicious on about everything.
When it comes to iPods, you CAN use Winamp to sync songs/etc. I refuse to install itunes. Terrible product. |
I-Pod Classic 160 GB. Serves as a backup hard drive as well as a juke box that allows me to put on more music and videos then I ever dreamed possible. Also the use of solid buttons makes it much safer to use in the car then a touch screen. Seriously I have like a 1,000 songs that I ripped from my parents 80's CD's just because I can. I haven't even heard most of them and probably never will.
Only real drawback is the small 4X3 screen with a max resolution of 480p. Still ,very happy I chose it over a 16 GB Touch.
I still use my classic 160 GB all the time despite having an iPhone. I love carrying around all my music, about 80 GB. And yeah definitely easier to use than a touch screen when it comes to using it in the car. |
Nice, good thinking on hot sauce. Everyone already knows about it, but how about Frank's Red Hot on pizza?! Best stuff ever.
Frank's is ok but I like a little more heat. I've always been a big Tabasco guy. |
Re: Pimp That Product
I just discovered it about a month ago but it has changed my life.
Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce. The BEST hot sauce ever. It has a nice kick but unlike most hot sauces, it has an awesome chili-smokey FLAVOR in addition to the heat. In fact, since I have picked up a bottle of this, all of my other hot sauces have been neglected. I've tried it on everything. It's amazing on pizza and hot dogs. I've put it on burgers, scrambled eggs, pasta, chicken, etc. Even taking plain, white rice and stirring in some of this makes some tasty rice...no other seasonings needed. I've heard of people putting it in oatmeal...I'll have to try that. Get some rooster sauce. You'll thank me.
Sriracha is pretty money. I like to mix it in salsa to give it some more kick and flavor. |
