So Peyton Manning is individually calling all the Colts' beat writers and columnists over his career to thank them for their hard work while he was in Indy...that's pretty cool

That's very classy on his part, I'm sure that's a rare treat when an athlete goes out of his way to thank the local media after his departure from the place where he spent his entire career.
I'll second that. It'd be like putting the Jags on Hard Knocks.

Coming up on our Hard Knocks preview:

"Watch Blaine Gabbert throw the ball to WR #1! See which no-name linebacker easily catches the horrible thrown ball! And after practice is over, guess which rookie has to sing his alma maters' song!"
LOL!

Here's one from Bill Simmons...

Excited for the episode when Mike Smith unveils his new 4th-and-1 strategies. MT @AdamSchefter: Falcons have been offered Hard Knocks.

Funny that most forget the Jags have already been on Hard Knocks. Yeah, I don't remember much of it either.

Well technically it wasn't Hard Knocks. It was another show similar to Hard Knocks.

Think it might have been on NFL Network

Oops thought it was Hard Knocks.

Oh well, they'd be a boring choice anyway.

If they snagged Tebow, hard knocks would have been all theirs

Only 3 more and he'll have a bakers dozen. He must have the best family reunions.

for the record he does make some pretty cute kids and as long as they are not living off the GOVT nipple he can do whatever he wants, IMO.

Is that the new measure of how successful a man is, how many kids he has? I guess I'm piss poor.

ha ha, I went back thinking maybe he's trying to have a child in every state....lol. He has 3 in California, 2 in Texas, 1 in Florida, 1 in North Carolina, 1 in Georgia, and 2 in Jersey. One would think with all his money he might look into getting fixed. He can always reverse it as long as it doesn't go beyond 5 yrs.
