I had heard he didnt want to sign at this point (didn't want to do a lot of the preseason camp) and wanted to wait. He did the same thing last year.

I heard on the radio, the team felt the same way because he would be a vested veteran and it's a cap move.

The only thing that doesn't make sense is his cap number would be low, even at the vet minimum.

Cooley gave a great breakdown of what he thinks is the problem with the run game. Basically how players aren't going through their reads fast enough and how they are being coached.
