I think he could make a strong independent run against trump and the eventual democeatic nominee, especially with a moderate democrat ae vp candidate running on a campaign of national healing and unity. Put a moderate platform together and find dem and rep incumbents willing to sign off on it.

Your statement is also false. Being on disability is one thing being a healthy person unwilling to work is another thing. Trump has never said anything close to throwing disabled Americans off government assistance. He wants to throw people unwilling to work off government assistance.

What type of assistance is there for people who simply don't want to work? Typically you need to be disabled to receive benefits.

Well you have SNAP, health insurance, housing allowance,CHIP, earned Income tax credit, Obama phones, and others. Also getting diagnosed now days with a disability is pretty easy.

A lot of those programs go hand in hand with people who are disabled.
