I honestly don’t care about reading into what may or may not have happened. There are enough legitimate concerns on the field.

Yeah of course, but I think gaffes like the last couple weeks are very much related to the on field concerns. It all boils down to poor coaching.

The interesting thing about Blough is I don't know if Quinn even wanted him. My understanding is that Detroit viewed him as a Ben replacement and other teams were interested in him as an OC. Rather than risk losing the next potential great offensive mind, the "organization" (whatever and whoever that means: owner?, owner and GM?, everyone down to the HC?) hired him as OC.

I just saw on Espn a write up by Keim, Commanders have 16 offensive penalties on second down, only Chargers have more. This is killing us putting us into 3rd and long situations. That is on Blough he needs to do a better job there.

With the illegal motion stuff some of that has to fall on the QB, hold off on the snap for just a beat to let your guys get set

Blough needs to adjust. For whatever reason these guys can't get the shifting down so stop doing it. What purpose does it serve? Every week it is the same thing. Shut that down.

I don't think I have seen a defense play as poorly as ours did in the first half. Why does the defense give up so many uncontested passes? Pitch and catch for Purdy who had over 200 yards in the first half.

Both coordinators are kinda struggling. Quinn probably hired them knowing it would make it hard for Harris to fire him mid season if things went south.

JD is the exact opposite of the ultra poised calm cool quarterback he was in 24. He is a deer in the headlights and making terrible decisions way too much. Its very disheartening.

I blame this staff though. It is literally their job to teach them. Seems like people regress under this staff.

JD definitely shoulders a lot of the blame. If this is a deficiency of his it is concerning.

Still hasn’t thrown a pick.

I think a lot of his so called issues right now are way overblown with fans.

He’s working with a swiss cheese OL, a first time OC, and a depleted and underwhelming cast of receivers and backs.

He completed 72.5% of his passes last night for 300 yards and 2 scores and fans are acting like he’s John Beck. I don’t get it.

Fans Overreact?? say it ain't so !! the whole 4th down issue has been debunked already .. he said first down !!all the so called lip readers need a reset 😀

Yeah it’s weird , really didn’t think he was the issue

Guy has no run game , porous OLine , and his WR1 went out

Plus dealing with DB

The masses just want one person to blame , they want put a face to the dumpster fire
