He is hereby redeemed from being steamrolled by Alstott earlier in the 1st quarter.

Rogers, however, is on notice.

We replaced the Redskins you usually watch with Folgers Dark Roast coffee. Let's see if you notice the difference...

Nice killer instinct...way to run out the last 30 seconds when you're tied 3-3.

If it's any consolation, Rex Grossman is 4-8 for 5 yards in the first half.

Did anyone here Maas talk about how great a year Phillip Daniels was having and how he always brings great pressure? He must have been watching film from last year.

or ran a draw to pick up a few yards and open it up call a timeout and then go deep. I don't get it other than it explains why we 're 3-6

Campbell: 5/10 for 51, 5.1 yards/attempt, 50% completion %, pretty horrible...but he's taken his shots and hasn't made the big mistake, which is what you want to see from a young QB.

We nosedived on Defense as quickly as Tampa. We both went from near the top to near the bottom.

Halftime Adjustments:

Let's give Duckett 10 carries this half, for the hell of it.

Let's throw Cooley a pass down the middle, for the hell of it.

Let's tackle, for the hell of it.

Let's leave Warrick Holdman in Florida, for the hell of it.

Pretty horrible? What are you talking about? One deep bomb that was dropped and no pass under 10 yards, not to mention no INTs. He's mobile; he's smart, and he's looking great for his first NFL game.

Today's first half WTF statline:

Aaron Brooks: 9/12, 97 yards, 1 TD

Oakland leads 13-7 in KC.

I'd say if our D could get off the f*cking field maybe JC would be able to get into a rhythm. I feel like we've run 6 plays the entire half.

JC certainly doesn't look intimidated at least. The scramble play is a play Brunell has never made as a Redskin. Good to see it.

He looks very poised in the pocket for a guy in his 1st game no happy feet....I didnt expect that!!! his arm looks amazing.... It can only get better....

But I am impressed that he is cautious enough to not make the big mistake, and aggressive enough to take shots.

That first pass was a beauty. Lloyd certainly didn't help him out, but I think Ronde Barber got a hand on that football before Lloyd could secure it.
