Allegedly, but the two sides are supposed to talk again tonight?? Idk what is going on. My gut feeling tells me its just a matter of time, but i'd just like to have it done.

If this and fisher fails were looking in Kenny Wright's direction. Sad but true. Fisher seems like a huge liability anyways. Who knows if this fails maybe Betts does go some where.

New update on JLC blog said that he made a mistake and Smoot is still in DC negotiating!!!!!

Here is the up to date info on Smoot....From the Redskin insider JLA: Smoot is still at Redskin park talking. That a good thing not on a plane. JLA said if he is signed a press conference coming sunday.
