U mean how the hate threads and post from skin fans stop on here when the Boys win? talk about typical behavior. The only time we even mention the Skins games on the Cowboysboard if they are gettin really blown out or when Dallas is playing the Skins. Other than that we don't waste time discussing a team we do not like. There is a few threads about the boys every week on this site. This site looks like a cowboys subsidiary website at times.
See, this is a REDSKINS site. We can talk or not talk about the Cowboys as we please. For you to show up here when you're winning and conveniently vanish when you're not is just straight lame. Frankly for a Cowboys fan to even belong to Redskins sight is lame, but that's your problem, not mine. I've said it before and I'll say it again, I wouldn't be caught dead wasting my time on another divisional rival's fan site. As for you stating "there are a few threads on the boys every week on this site," well, that's just plain false. Not even remotely close, really. Prove me wrong, I dare ya. |
Re: Wild Card Weekend Game Day Thread(s)
^^ seriously...don't bitch about Skins fans talking about the boys when there is no team we hate more. That's like dogging on Palestine for talking about Israel a little too often, get a life.
Ohh... and I hope you get to the superbowl and lose it on a game winning missed field goal by your piece of crap kicker |
Re: Wild Card Weekend Game Day Thread(s)
Congrats on the win and being and an idiot valleyranchgirl.
Skins and Boys are the biggest rivals in the NFL History, therefore hatred would be a good word to describe our feelings towards your organization. This thread isnt even about the boys directly, its about the wildcard this week. Its great that your boards dont talk about us. Why dont you leave here and post their? Celebrate with your fans about how one win makes up for 13 years of playoff shame. |

Is it any wonder people feel that Cowgirl fans are morons?

Its all good fellas I know it pains you to see Dallas win. I would Hate to see the Redskins do anything more than pick overall first in the draft every year. I am leavin for the night to drink a cold one and savor the victory see y'all next week. Got some Skin fans too call anyways. Thank you all for the congrats and Godbless America's team and America. I will chat with y'all next week on this little cowboys subsidiary website.

so what the hell happened, did the iggles just fall apart at the end of the season, or is dallas legit? I really don't see the cowboys winning a playoff game in new orleans, but depends if the saints show up

I said a few days ago Dallas was playing well at the right time, but the Iggles really sucked tonight too. They may just be satisfied with ending their horrendous playoff losing streak, we'll see. I don't think anyone else is going to lay down for them like the Iggles did though. |

Both. The Eagles had won 6 in a row and just soiled the sheets. As much as it sickens me to say it, the Cowboys are for real. Their defense is playing outstanding of late, and their running game takes a lot of pressure off of Romo. I could see them beating the Saints (again) for sure. Green Bay or Minnesota could give them some problems in the NFC Championship game though. |

Yeah. The Pillsbury Doughboy has got them playing lights out right now. He should have started coaching their defense long time ago. |

When Mike Vick has a better game than McNabb yeah i would say they fell apart big time |

and then some, i can't stand to think of how young jones and choice are and how long they will be there definitely think they will have their hands full with new orleans, in new orleans, the shitty thing is they have a chance to play the divisional game at home, if it is ravens and cowboys in the super bowl i will kill someone |
Re: Wild Card Weekend Game Day Thread(s)
I think there is a lot of credence to the insight that the Dallas defense is really solid...on all the replays, McNabb had noone to throw the ball to, but that could be a function of the Eagles running the ball literally 10% of the time.
But I have to say of the Dallas offense...WOW, they walked up and down on the Eagles defense and, despite myself, I will watch the saints vs. boys game with some genuine interest. |
Re: Wild Card Weekend Game Day Thread(s)
First of all VALLEYRANCHGIRL was dissing Romo all off season, when I backed Romo and said he was legit, she laughed at me (as did most of you).. She's a bandwagon jumper so get the hell outta here.
Second of all, Philly needs to either A) Fire Reid or B) Let Mcnabb go. Reid is a complete moron and I dont care what his overall record is, he never runs the ball and as it has shown in his career, he cant win in the playoffs because of it. McNabb always looks like he isn't really concerned about losing in the playoffs (T.O. HAD A GOOD POINT) Kolb should be the guy there next yr but Phi wont make a change. Third of all, I give Dallas props because they are LEGIT and I told everyone here that Felix Jones is the real deal and may be a problem. They have the talent to win it all and thats why I say the winner of next weeks game between them and Minnesota will play in the super bowl. Last but not least, I'm so f ing tired of seeing WADE PHILLIPS Celebrate after a FG is made!! STOP IT ALREADY.. And can we please stop showing JJ in the box every 5 minutes. The media has a boner for the PLOWBOWS! I Hate them so much! |
Bandwagon lol because I dissed Romo because he showed very little improvement in the preseason and the first few games of the year. Have I made a post praising his ass since? NOOOOO. Here is one for you, he is doing a better job with ball security that is it from me. I am not a ROMO fan I am a COWBOY fan big difference. Might I add there is a difference in being a realistic fan when it comes to judging how your players perform. Have a nice weekend I am gonna have a nice glass before I hit the sack. U should too chump. |
With the Jets offensive line, you could me in there and I'd do a decent job. They have three linemen that are Pro Bowl caliber (Mangold, Ferguson, and Faneca) with two of them in their primes (Mangold and Ferguson).
If we had gotten Sanchez, he'd be on IR right now.
There is no way JC would have led the Jets to the playoffs let alone a playoff win no matter what kind of line he was behind. Sanchez wouldnt have been on IR because he would have got the ball out before the sack. |

Re: Wild Card Weekend Game Day Thread(s)
Just as aside from the back and forth above for now...
My general disdain for MOST (that doesn't include you above) Cowboys fans was readily apparent this morning. I was on Facebook and it's like EVERY SINGLE STINKING COWBOYS FAN had to update their status first thing after the win. And typically it wasn't a "YAY COWBOYS", it was a "We're better than Eagles/Redskins/Giants." Just be happy for your team and stop crowing over a win that was over a decade in the making. In addition to that, it was maybe ten of my friends who have barely left Virginia, much less been in Texas long enough to know a QB before Aikman. The few times the Redskins won, I was just happy. I'm not sitting there thinking, "Man, what's something clever I can say to stick it to fans who don't like the Cowboys. I need to think up a real zinger here." |
Re: Wild Card Weekend Game Day Thread(s)
Maybe it's just because I'm not a shit talker in general, but I'm happy for my team, not thinking of the biggest way to be an asshole after my team beats team __________.
Even the Eagles fans I know around here are just happy for a win. Just wish the people around here would shut their G.D. mouths. |

Even the Eagles fans I know around here are just happy for a win. Just wish the people around here would shut their G.D. mouths.
You are a good guy. Cowboys fans are self-selecting buttheads. Therein lies the difference. If a Cowboy fan grew up near Dallas and so loves the Boys, that is one thing. But for other people who have just glommed onto the "America's Team" thing, they obviously need therapy. Choosing to be a Cowboy fan just shows that one has deep personality flaws. |

U are one smart cookie. Break a crumb off for the other guy.
It's because most of the fans in Virginia make them so easy to hate. It's kind of like a mini-support group. Maybe it's not like that in actual Texas, but Cowboys fans around here are the most obnoxious group of front-running assholes I've ever seen. All of them here (at least most) are throwbacks from the 90s where they decided to adopt the most winning team as "their team". Redskins fans here are still wearing their stuff and not caring, but I'm seeing more Cowboys crap than I care to see in a state not remotely close to Texas. I had someone come UP to me in the grocery store and say the world's most retarded catch-phrase, "How 'bout them Cowboys?" (which reeks of idiocy) when I was wearing my Redskins shirt last week. Maybe you're not like the guy above, but around here they make them VERY easy to hate. |

It doesn't seem you're having too much success with the opposite sex when it's almost 2am, after the biggest Cowturds win since 1996, and your big celebration was to run and post on a Skins message board. Not a great way to gain respect here by acting like a typical Cowpuke fan. Are you even from TX, or have any ties back there? It's stuff like this that makes Dall-ass the most hated franchise in the NFL. |
Re: Wild Card Weekend Game Day Thread(s)
What a hilarious bunch of morons. After 13 years of playoff futility, they finally win a WILDCARD playoff game and they act like they won the Super Bowl. I guess expectations in Dallas have been lowered over the last 13 years. When you go to another teams board to talk trash over 1 playoff win in 14 years, well...it's kinda pathetic. This is why I can't respect Cowgirl fans, it's like they draw idiots to their team. Usually belligerant, obnoxious idiots at that. It's like they want to flaunt their ignorance. Amazing.

Re: Wild Card Weekend Game Day Thread(s)
After 13 years of underachieving I can understand their excitement, but it is what it is, a first round playoff win. My God, I know it's hard to act like you've been there before when it's been so long, but I would be embarrassed to go on a rivals board and act like they do and talk s**t after being so bad in the playoffs for so long. I mean damn, after 13 years it's about time they win one. It should be embarrassing for fans of the Cowboys to act like this after one win in 14 years. It's something I would expect Detroit or Buffalo to do. Show some pride and stop acting like it's your first time.
