Re: Giants v. Redskins Gameday Thread
The announcer called him "uh oh Gano" I had to admit that was funny
|
Re: Giants v. Redskins Gameday Thread

Dave Rayner? Shayne Graham? We cut the former. |

Not that he is great, but Shayne Graham was available. I'm sure he HAS to be an improvement from Gano. |
Re: Giants v. Redskins Gameday Thread
Nice!
Hey Fox, how 'bout giving us an update when either GB or Chicago scores?
HaHa seriously what the hell was that? |
Re: Giants v. Redskins Gameday Thread
this is where GOOD teams capitalize and POOR teams squander
Gtripp said we need to return Portis too. That's nothing against Tripp, he's clearly one of the brighter minds here. But I'm not sure either one is necessary.
Well I think he was saying bringing Portis as a 3rd down back and at a much lower salary. Which is not necessarily a bad thing, look at the Jets with Jones last year and LT this year. |
Re: Giants v. Redskins Gameday Thread
WTF!!!! The Lions signed a backup FG kicker and he has done better than Gano! Is Chip still around?:cheeky-sm
We coulda had jeff reed he would'nt miss that. |
Let me guess, Eli looks confused? LOL. That face will never get old.
He had that face often against Philly last week. Hopefully this is the beginning of the end of the Manning brothers. I have nothing against them, but they are just getting old. |
Re: Giants v. Redskins Gameday Thread
How many has Gano missed this year?
I'm trying to tally all the points left on the field this year.. it's gotta be close to some sort of record. |

True. And a Tech grad to boot! |
Re: Giants v. Redskins Gameday Thread
That is not a f'ing fumble. But Grossman held the ball too f'ing long there.
|
Re: Giants v. Redskins Gameday Thread
How the f*ck is that a fumble? He threw it 5 yrds.
|

In that case I can follow that ideology. He's not going to be happy just pass blocking on 3rd though. If he can do what LT has done this year that'd be a great role for him. |
Re: Giants v. Redskins Gameday Thread
Sigh.

Re: Giants v. Redskins Gameday Thread
WTF? You don't leave a TE to cover a pass rusher like Osi.
|
Re: Giants v. Redskins Gameday Thread
meh.. Nobodies fault there. They had a good defense package called against our offense package.
I'm hoping that Shanny was thinking Williams and Cooley would double team the DE.. Although, why are we calling offense plays on 3rd down that dont involve Cooley going out? LMAO.. What a fail |
Re: Giants v. Redskins Gameday Thread
Is it sad that I almost expect this time of dysfunction lately?
|
Re: Giants v. Redskins Gameday Thread
Missed FG and a fumble. We are a terrible football team, it is sad to watch.
|
Re: Giants v. Redskins Gameday Thread
I'll be honest.. and not that it even really matters, but I never understood how something can be a sack AND fumble.
|
Re: Giants v. Redskins Gameday Thread
On a more positive note, our defense has really started getting it together...
|
Re: Giants v. Redskins Gameday Thread
I'm sorry, but WHAT THE **** is up with Derek Hagan against the Redskins?!
|
Re: Giants v. Redskins Gameday Thread
Can people stop complaining about Gano. He's better than all the others mentioned and has won 3 games in OT (almost 4). Wait till the end of the game, if he misses the game winner then rip him.
|
Re: Giants v. Redskins Gameday Thread
Lmao. Derek hagan! Lmao.
|
WTF? You don't leave a TE to cover a pass rusher like Osi.
Reminds me of Spurrier's pass blocking schemes, or lack thereof.

You CAN'T miss field goals inside 30 yards at the NFL level and keep your job!!! That should be freaking automatic!!! |

Agreed. It doesn't make sense. |
Re: Giants v. Redskins Gameday Thread
OK, I have an idea, let's not give up third and long leading to the most boring game EVER to watch.
|
Re: Giants v. Redskins Gameday Thread

|
Re: Giants v. Redskins Gameday Thread
Rex hasn't looked good at all in the last 3 qtrs
|
Re: Giants v. Redskins Gameday Thread
Evey time the Giants catch a pass its Buchannon that is the one chasing behind the receiver. WTF i thought he was playing pretty well early in the season, apparently he doesnt like playing against the G-men.
|
Re: Giants v. Redskins Gameday Thread
D. Hall is balling today.
|
Re: Giants v. Redskins Gameday Thread
"Yeah, caught a four yard pass and NO first down."
*chest bump* |
Re: Giants v. Redskins Gameday Thread
