Giffords condition upgraded to good and was officially moved into the rehab facility moments ago. Appearantly she Tweeted during last night's SOTU and watched TV the previous day. Sounds like she's improving.

Sorry, but the lady took a bullet while doing her job meeting with her constituents. She also became a solid target for any other person wanting notoriety or taking on a cause. I am not a defender of gov't spending by any account, but this should and would be absolutely consider reasonable expenses.
