Re: Griffin vs luck game day thread

Look like Fred Davis had the seal block on the run that got Morris down to the 3 yard line.

I think royster should be the odd man out. He just seems so slow its crazy.

Ruhskins 08-25-2012 04:45 PM

Chester with the assist in that TD!

Great drive, good balance. Morris is solid, other guys better get healthy

I feel you. Hightower and Morris for power. Helu for speed.

There just doesn't seem to be room for Royster here.

skinsfaninok 08-25-2012 04:46 PM

Actually our line has looked decent

Hope Gano will be allowed to nullify a kick return every time. Instead of Danny Smith telling him to angle it.

In the running game yes, they have looked solid. But picking up interior blitzes on passing plays has been pretty shaky so far.

Hall: Still can't tackle.

Just got in. How did the look in the first quarter?

DynamiteRave 08-25-2012 04:58 PM

Re: Griffin vs luck game day thread

Getting nickle and dimed up the field. Its that old familiar feeling.
Just got in. How did the look in the first quarter?
We've looked solid on d until last drive. Offense was sloppy until third drive

Re: Griffin vs luck game day thread

hell of a throw, coverage wasnt bad

HailGreen28 08-25-2012 04:59 PM

Re: Griffin vs luck game day thread

Luck made that pass look easy.

Williams is so slow, luck is so accurate

Ruhskins 08-25-2012 04:59 PM

Damn Wilson almost got Luck. Good drive by the Colts.

Re: Griffin vs luck game day thread

RG3 and the offense are going to have to put up a lot of points this year because the secondary is garbage

punch it in 08-25-2012 04:59 PM

Is it just me or does Our D always looks solid until we take the lead.

Just in time to see one of our DBs being burnt I see.

Re: Griffin vs luck game day thread

Again, Banks not returning. Is he hurt, or was Shanny REALLY adamant about him needing to become a WR?

DRave for WOW president!

Re: Griffin vs luck game day thread

Seems like Morris really knows how to pick up them extra couple yards at the end of each run.

Eh. I dunno about these bombs.

skinsfaninok 08-25-2012 05:05 PM

Deep ball needs some work
Again, Banks not returning. Looks to me like they're giving guys who are basically roster locks a look, probably just in case Banks doesnt make it.
Deep ball needs some work
Hes angling them too much to the center of the field forcing the WR to change direction it seems instead of putting it right over their shoulders.

Re: Griffin vs luck game day thread

D pressure looks good, then average, we.hafta find more consistency and yea the secondary needs to figure it out.... really soon.

I don't know if anyone else is watching with the two clearly Indianapolis announcers but they are so awful it is hilarious

Commentator 1: "They gave me a note on it earlier but I threw it away..."
Commentator 2: "Well that Andrew Luck, I mean Andrew Luck is just about the most incredible rookie, Andrew Luck I tell you what.."

skinsfaninok 08-25-2012 05:08 PM

This passing attack of KS is finally coming together.. what a difference a qb makes

JoLo 08-25-2012 05:08 PM

Re: Griffin vs luck game day thread

Other then the deep balls so far though, RG3 has looked damn accurate on these intermediate throws.

Alfred Morris for #1 RB!

JoLo 08-25-2012 05:11 PM

Re: Griffin vs luck game day thread

Morris is cemented on our roster. Has awesome feet for a guy with his power.

skinsfaninok 08-25-2012 05:11 PM

Lmao trent just sandwiched that guy!!

We here in the DC area are watching the game being called by Joe Theismann and Dick Stockton (I think), and they're clearly talking about the Skins more. It's like watching a Caps or Nats game with the focus on the local team.
