That is a problem and I think it is personnel related (for the whole season, not just this game). I feel like the coaches have really worked to develop a solid game plan.

I wouldn't be sad to see him put in but then this team gets even more in disarray. Pulling Cousins pretty much effectively ends Gruden's tenure as coach, as he's admitting he has no idea whats truly best for the team.
