Based on the rule as I understand it, the refs got it right. He tried to spin but he didn't actually get to. Either way, hell of a play by Norman. Just need a 3rd and long stop. Kerrigan needs to make another play.

It's not about going for it on 4th down, don't put yourself in 4th down situations period. That's what happened early last year, settling for FGs and missing out on turnovers.
