Re: Home Stadium Convo
whey do the same people vote again in September?
The way I heard it explained is that because of the structure of the DC Council (one body instead of two like a house and senate), all bills are required to receive 2 approval votes with time in between for review. - mostly this time is allotted for minor editing and cleaning up of the bill's language not really for any new additions. So the first vote is on the substantial approval and the 2nd is for text approval. But not only does the Council have to vote again, but then it goes to Congress. ugh |

Lmfao. It'll never happen.

Re: Home Stadium Convo
He will be long dead by the time the stadium opens in 2030.
The stadium will be named after the highest corporate bidder. |
Re: Home Stadium Convo
I’d seriously be out as a fan if that happened.

There would be a mass exodus - there’s no way this happens. It’s idiotic for it to have even come up. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
Re: Home Stadium Convo
It isn’t happening. Stadium is due to open in 2030. Unlikely Trump is around then.

Nice clean look with a nod to the old RFK

Re: Home Stadium Convo
on a positive note DC will have a new stadium and the turd won't be in the white house , LFG 2030

Re: Home Stadium Convo
Trump Stadium at Old RFK has a nice ring to it. I kid.
It will probably be called Google Stadium or something of that ilk. But it looks awesome. Time to start a piggybank because it will take me about 4 years to be able to afford a ticket to a game there. Those prices are about to be astronomical. |
Re: Home Stadium Convo
We're going to sacrifice some wins for the football team because stadiums now are built to have roofs so billionaire NFL owners can make more money all 12 months of the year. An actual home field advantage is absolutely secondary to more money.
Our new stadium is going to be beautiful, but it's not going to help us win more football games. Texans had no chance against New England. But winning isn't important anymore. |

Definitely see the resemblance to the old RFK. Cannot wait. Hopefully team will be consistently good by then also. |
