just to add...the reasoning was utter b*llshit. Spicer said there were connections between prescription drug abuse and weed. NOOOOO....the link of opiate abuse is between Heroin and prescription pill abuse. Its well documented.

Even though there is a medicinal value with pain treatment with ganja, the research has shown this thc/cbd is not the same as you opiate treatment, weed actually was being touted as an[U] alternative[/U] to prescription. People who cant score herb aren't robbing drug stores, falsifying prescription, etc. They are just pissed.

I think we posted some good articles of post football players who have embraced herbs as a safe treatment of pain vs getting hooked on these dangerous pain med.

Im really kinda mind-blown on why the government doesn't reign in these prescription pill companies that are profiting of pill abuse. These companies are billion dollar revenue, more could be done.

Like I said, should be legal. People can decide for themselves if they want to appear like they still live in mom's basement, and big pharma should have no say in that.

But it's a law, so it should be enforced. Congress is the body that needs to make this change.

Gotta admit, not thrilled about the 54B increase in the military budget. Fact is 54B is about the same as UK(55B) and more than any of the other NATO partners spend on their entire defense.

The move of an economic populist. That additional $54B in spending goes right to American companies and American servicemen. Mostly American companies. Lockheed Martin, etc.

Trump needs to stick to reading someone else's words on a teleprompter...he doesn't look as stupid.Can't believe he went with the grieving widow after the father refused to talk to Trump and still wants an investigation.His speech was grandstanding to the Trumpettes.He needs to remember it's not Obamacare it's The Affordable Care Act, and the republicans don't have a clue on how to fix it.If I remember the republicans having a shit fit when Obama proposed spending on infrastructure to help with jobs in 08 and now it's ok for Trump to add on another trillion,why not it's not his money is it?

Oh and before I forget this was pretty damn good last night too......
