Re: 2011 Draft Thread Rounds 2-3
So we traded our secound round pick three times and only end up with one 3 this year?
We didnt trade our 2nd round pick, we traded someone elses that we got in a trade. With our actual pick we picked a starting NT, and now have a good 1-2 punch there with him and Bryant. I like it. |
Funny tweet from Rak:
Brian Orakpo Mike and Bruce sure know how to make a dollar out of 15 cents Love it!
Kind of like how we gave him a dollar and he gave us back 15 cents with his play on the field. Good thing we have Haynesworth to keep him in line. |
Re: 2011 Draft Thread Rounds 2-3
So who's it going to be in the 8th round?

True, but I am talking about the D in this game itself. Still remember when the Penguins beat the Caps, then beat the Wings. I wanted theCaps/Wings series then. That finals would be fun to watch. |
Re: 2011 Draft Thread Rounds 2-3
Is Justin Houston the guy that tested positive for pot?
Caps have no D and not much of a penalty killing unit either. I was hoping for a Caps/Wings series, but that doesn't look like it is in the works as of right now.
still have the 3rd period. and its a seven game series, if they lose tonight they still can move on. |
Re: 2011 Draft Thread Rounds 2-3
He said the Skins, cowgirls and eagles have not drafted a CB in this draft, so that means they are interested in N.A......I dont see this dam lockout ending anytime soon. The day all of that crap is resolved, then I'll care about free agency....

Dude, the addition of Jason freaking Arnott pretty much gave them some mental steroids to keep them focused and less gaffes like before, and I am a guy who abandoned and how HATES the Caps. |

Don't worry they'll loose in the Stanley Cup Finals. Every visiting team in the Winter Classic has gone on to loose in the finals. Pens-Wings-Flyers-Caps? |

I hope so Skins.Caps deserve a place in the finals just due to their work in the regular season, but that has happened with the Wings, only to have San Jose upset them. TB is a pretty sharp team. |
