Let's see if he points out Kirk footwork, and mistakes tonight. Gruden a good X's and O's guy, no leader!! He can run to Espn and tell them he want this and that now. We need a leader who makes guys accountable on and off the field. Not a guy who wants to buddy up with the media!!

Will be better than what anyone expected. If I was told we would be 2-2 after 4 weeks prior to the season, I would have taken it.
