Anybody who's surprised SCOTUS is about to overturn Roe - I mean who didn't see that coming? They barely blinked at Texas' new law.

We can piss and moan all we want, but decorum doesn't mean shit and it's not set in stone so here we are.

“Birthing people” and a Supreme Court justice can’t define a woman bc she is not a biologist

Why do you think these folks are performing mental and linguistic gymnastics? Of course they can’t say it out loud because the position is indefensible, but to act like it doesn’t exist is dishonest and extremely bad faith.

It's a catch-22 for KBJ - if she defined woman in a way conservatives didn't like, they'd jump all over her for it. Or she answers that she's not qualified to answer that question and they jump all over her for it. Either way you win, congrats.

Well, if the culprit that leaked the Supreme Court draft isn't identified he will have ruined or seriously damaged the careers of every clerk that is currently serving on the court.
