Youtube has a documentary about the wetlands preserve in nyc. Iconic venue that i frequented in the 90’s.
Finally started Ozark on netflix.
Also the Rainbow on Amazon another documentary on iconic venue in Hollywood. I was fortunate enough to sit at the bar one night next to Lemmy and have a beer. We were the only two at the bar. Needless to say I didn’t dare disturb him. Just sat n drank my beer.

Also Chico CBGB on netflix is pretty great.

Watched all of the Tiger King episodes just to see what all the hype was about, literally think everybody involved with that show is batshit crazy and Netflix should be penalized for giving them free publicity.

Started watching Ozark after that, I'm 5 episodes in. It's a good show and interesting but I feel like it ends with Marty Byrde dying at the end to save his family, or they all die too. There won't be a happy ending for anyone involved.

Yeah I’ve seen that wetlands doc...never went but had a good friend who use to roll there. The Rainbow I mention above is awesome.

The Last Dance

This is the first show in a long time, where I've put a calendar reminder on my schedule. Michael Jordan forever changed me as a sports fan...he is an all time favorite athlete of mine...I just love the guy and his competitive demeanor. I'm sure if he played these days people would hate him because he not a coward like Lebron who has to get the best help in the league to win or he didn't try to present a faux persona so many athletes work to contrive these days. Jordan and Bulls were universally loved...not like the Pats or Yankees or Golden State where when you have a dynasty, people eventually grow to dislike or hate....NEVER happened with the Bulls.

But he is greatest all time period and he did it on his terms...he bent to no one's will. He would be considered way too tough these days.

Looking forward to that. I was a big Jordan fan too, haven't paid much attention to the NBA since he retired. Those Bulls teams were just so much fun to watch.

When the Bulls played the Knicks, Pacers or Pistons it used to be cant miss TV. Those gritty games were always full drama and were heated.

You never see a heated game in the NBA, bunch of losers collecting huge paydays.

I need a tutorial for this site. Have no idea how to actually embed the video.

Actually it appears, the embed option isn't available from YouTube on my phone or tablet. I use these for 99.99% of all my warpathing. Just got my laptop out to see if that was the issue. Sure enough, embed was the 1st option on the actual computer from YouTube. But now, I post the embedded code and it doesn't turn to a video here. Ughhh. I'm sure its something simple I'm missing, but my annoyance level is getting high.

Even when I get something that looks like a YouTube video (the actual box with the play button in the middle shows, up, but the rest of the box is black). I get this: An error occurred. Please try again later. (Playback ID: fji976ON4hELVeB6)

In short, I still need that tutorial.

Note - The video is Chappelle's Show - Making the Band. Hadn't seen that skit in a few years. I've been missing out. Probably have seen it at least 20 times, and still laughed like it was my 1st time.

Last dance was an all timer...so cool

What I really enjoyed was the teams back then were just better and their identities were the brand. I couldn’t imagine Ewing and Reggie Miller on other teams. Knicks, Pistons, Pacers, Jazz...that Suns team with Barkly was one of my all time favorites. That Sonics team with Kemp and Payton was one of the most entertaining all time team.

Also, all current NBA-ers sit the fuck down. These clowns today joining up because they can’t spark a team or lack the competitiveness to want to win. They are an embarrassment to sport and have ruined the league.

The Knicks fall is similar to the Skins. Iconic franchises. MSG was the Mecca...Miller, Jordan, Kobe brought their A game cause they knew.

I watched the whole thing in one day. Love history stuff like that. I could live off of just sports and history shows if needed.

Outside of Game of Thrones, Mindhunter is the best TV show of the past few years, by a mile. Fuck them for not doing a third season. Same goes for Patriot (Amazon prime).

Watchmen was also amazing - fuck them if the make another season. It ended perfectly.

Also, Leftovers is the best show of all time. Hanger my mind.

Recorded a few Always Sunny's for old times sakes. Quit watching because some episodes it seems like they go out of their way to use the Lord's name in vein. The ones I recorded are from 2009. It's crazy how old this looks. Technology is crazy. A show from 2009 seems like it's from 1999.
