you want to see a scary sight. look at the Cowboys 2014 cap. At over the cap.com they have it listed at 140M. Of course, as long as Jerrys drafting they will be the new Raiders, and I am fine with that.

In 2012, Mara leading the charge to retroactively penalize a division rival $18 mil per year the next two years, out of a what $120 mil total cap per year? For contracts approved by the league in 2010. When the league admitted "no rules were broken"? That's cheating.

John Mara is like a child upset with how the game was going (Redskins/Cowboys getting better with cap help due to uncapped year), so he got the rules changed (the CBA amendment) to gain an advantage. When the Skins and cowboys had broken no rules themselves.

It's pretty cut and dried. John Mara cheated by unfairly handicapping two division rivals, and reinforced illegal collusion to boot. Collusion to nullify an uncapped year that the NFL and NFLPA had negotiated under the previous CBA in good faith. I should stop being funny and call it what it is. John Mara is slime.
