Chris Paul of the Phoenix Suns has entered into the NBA's COVID-19 health and safety protocols, according to The Athletic's Shams Charania. He will be out of action for an unknown period of time.

https://sports.yahoo.com/nba-suns-chris-paul-enters-covid-19-health-and-safety-protocols-124740305.html

in addition to having to be under tight 2020 covid restrictions for the entire team ... non vacinnated players will be tested everyday and could miss a few weeks of games if they test positive. hopefully with most others around vaxxed the chances are much smaller than last year .. but Paul just got pulled out of the playoffs.

Just looking at the real life effects in sports of players not getting vaccinated.

hopefully none of our players miss any games due to not being vaxxed but we will see.

You can still catch it if vaxxed just not as dangerous and supposedly non contagious - but the player would still go on protocol if he tests positive.

Except they can play too, unlike Renaldo Nehemiah. Haha. I read this article last night. I think that speed is such a crucial part of the game. Im getting really excited for this season. First time in a while going into a season that I thought we had a chance to make some noise. Last time i was “all in for week one” was 2013. Lol.

This statement speaks volumes about what you think of our offense. Lol.
Honestly the fact that we do not have a bust or a statue at quarterback this year makes it better. Add the fast wr’s and a healthy Gibson and we might be pretty good on O too. Great TE, very solid o line. I think our Offense surprises alot of people. Including myself. Haha.

Report: Fox, ESPN in bidding war for Robert Griffin III

I don’t want to hear a fuckin word from this guy when he’s saying absurd shit like this:

Griffin created headlines last month during a BleacherReport.com draft show when he said his former backup, Kirk Cousins, could lose his starting job with the Vikings to rookie Kellen Mond.

Kellen Mond is trash and will never spin the ball like cousins.

My question on the WFT is QB . On defense , at least for now on paper you have one of the best in the league. As for the Giants they should be much improved .I like all the moves and if they can stay healthy could make some noise . Jones has proven he can play in the NFL he can make the throws and has cut down on the turnovers. Better receiver corps and O line that was jelling at the end of last year and a second year in an Offense with the same Coach's should help . As for our D our Front is young and good (not as good as yours) our LBers are solid and I think we have a very good set of DB's and Safety's. I think you guys hit a homerun with RR but I really like Judge for the Giants.

I like Judge. I like your defense. It is the second best in the division. Not being sarcastic. I do not like Jones. He cut down slightly on turnovers but I do not think he will ever be the guy. I know our quarterback is in question for the future but right now Id take Fitz over Jones every day of the week and twice on Sunday. Should be a fun year. Better than the embarrassment that was last year.

Jones has much more upside then Fits. He's good.....till he isn't and he doesn't handle pressure well at all. They took Jones and knew he was mobile but didn't expect him to be the teams leading rusher as the case last year. Injuries or lack of them will tell the seasons.

Let’s be honest. The only thing Jones has more upside over Fitz is turnovers. And THAT is saying something (not good). Not going to get his rookie contract extended because y’all continue to have an average O-line and he isn’t Rodgers or Maholmes who can make something out of nothing.

Jones upside is his age at this point. There is still a chance he can be something other than a journeyman QB. There is certainly a chance he doesn’t have the career Fitz has had too. We will see.

Well yeah, Fitz almost being at the end of his career kinda ensures that. But I bet Fitz is the better QB over the next two years.

Exactly. Jones is still a total unknown. My guess though is he is not the starter for the New York Football Giants in 2022.

I appreciate your eternal optimism but seriously? This is all smoke and mirrors BS. Having ANY Snyder, especially two in this org, will not make this a better football team in terms of performance.

I really don't care who the CEO or co CEO is. Just don't get back into the business of picking players. Leave that up to Ron and company.

a few years ago I was eating lunch at The Palm in Tysons w/ a client and Tanya was sitting at the next to me. I'll say this, she is one good looking women who you could just tell has money. She was well dressed, had on some expensive bling and was drinking a glass of wine w/ another attractive women. If Dan didn't have $ there is no way he could have pulled that. She is gorgeous.

Another nugget to please the league. Snyder is doing what he needs to be backed by the NFL.
Could have a positive effect in that more and more people are getting between him and too much involvement in the franchise.

Agreed and I definitely would never suggest to anyone that she’d be worse than DS but let’s be honest, this is window dressing and she (or anyone else) will not override DS’s directives on how team operations are performed.

Agree, this is window dressing that keeps a Snyder in control. If anything this is perfect for DS as it gives him deniability on future WFT f-ups. She's not making any real decisions, she's a figurehead.
