this thread is retarded, and im assuming by making fun of one person in particular will prob get me banned considering 85% of the people posting in this thread are administrators or 1,000+ posters.

but regardless of how stupid it is im going to keep it near the top with my own post.

the skins are looking hopefull right now and they seem like they are coming together. however FedEx field still sucks, im still questioning gibbs, nervous about our recievers....

if we lose to green bay, im interested in seeing how bad we slide in the power rankings. we always seem to gain or lose 4 or more spots everyweek. i hate the packers, brett favreverevervvvre, and the state of wiscaaansin.

To the extent that anyone else is getting flak for calling out a fellow poster, please re-direct such aggravation my way. [I] I was the one who started this thread [/I]which, mind you, is hilarious.

In 99% of all cases, I do not believe that starting a thread just to call out a poster is appropriate. However, I think it's safe to say that the long-time Warpathers know why I am making an exception here. We've been going back and forth with offiss for years and years now and anyone who has followed this site for some time knows as much. We've been busting his chops for being the negative Nellie and he's been laughing at us for being blind optimists. This thread isn't about calling offiss dumb or throwing out any sort of verbal insult (which would be barred), it was mean to simply point out that IMO some people (e.g., offiss) tend to disappear after wins.

I've seen countless posts berating people for being blind optimists who have their burgundy and gold colored glasses surgically attached to their faces. So why exactly can't we do the same with the negative nellies/debbie downers?

Besides, this whole thread was supposed to be in good fun. Offiss, you're usually pretty thick-skinned and I apologize if this ticked you off. We go back a few years and I didn't think you'd get pissed. Sorry.

1. I didn't start this thread about you not showing up after wins
2. Yes I think you should enjoy wins. But why don't you enjoy them with the rest of us here. When you don't, you only further perpetuate the notion that the only reason you want to be a member of this site is to be negative
3. I didn't know you were locked out of this site

Yeah, I pointed out you have a tendency to say very little after we win. But I'm not the only one who thinks it or said it. So don't call me out on it

I will say that Offiss did say after the Giants game that they should give the ball to Sellers at the goal line. So I'll give him that.

And he did say a couple of weeks back that in time Campbell would improve his accuracy. Of course, he also said Campbell was too dumb to understand a playbook unless it was written in crayon. But I digress...

I thought it was pretty funny, calling someone out is much different then making personal attacks, which from what I can see you did nothing of the kind. No apology necessary SGG.

Rest assured I was trying to get on the site, the fact is I couldn't access the site. Once I cleared the comp I was able to actually access but could not log in, this site was the only one I had a problem with, I actually thought the site was down for a week then once I accessed it I realized it wasnt but I still couldn't log in, I was banned from extremeskins once :thumb: and had the same prob. but I do think after all these years Matty regardless would have notified me of a ban so I was a little confused on what was happening, I will chalk it up to some kind of unrelated prob. who knows, I am not a comp expert that's for sure.
