I like like Buffalo Scenario too: Here's my draft if that happens

1st round#9 Rolando McClain* ILB 6'4" 248 Alabama (Too good at 9 to pass up. Especially if we are going 3-4)
2nd Round#37 Mike Iupati OG 6'6" 330 Idaho
2nd Round#41 Kyle Calloway OT 6'7" 318 Iowa
4th Round#101 Dan LeFevour QB 6'3" 226 Central Michigan
5th Round#132 Ben Tate RB 5'11" 211 Auburn
7th Round#196 Tony Washington OT 6'7" 300 Abilene Christian

I love that draft, especially the first two picks

Re: Dream Draft

Right now, I would go with Okung in the first (the day-one type LT), and I would go defense in the second. There are some really intriguing prospects that should be available with the 37th overall picks, including Brandon Spikes, including Jason Pierre-Paul, including Devin McCourty and/or Patrick Robinson. That's just the way this appears to be shaping up.

This course of action still allows the Redskins to use the 4th and 5th round to grab a quarterback and another offensive lineman to help the offense out.

Don't like the idea of a mauler that holds and can't get to the second level while blocking. We already have that type in Dockery, though Dockery ironically might be a little bit better at moving this point in his career.
Can improve his angles as a blocker. Struggles a bit when asked to reach LBs on the second-level but is very effective when working in confined space. He shows some great initial pop and works hard to sustain.
If we ran a power running scheme he would be a great fit. However if he comes here we'll be asking him to take precise angles and eventually reach the linebackers in the interest of breaking big runs. These are not his strong suits. By the way Derrick Dockery might need to loose 10-20 pounds this offseason.

I also don't think Tony Washington will be available in the 7th round. We would however be very fortunate if fell to the fourth. LeFevoure reminds me a little of Kevin Kolb a few years ago and I think it's very possible that a team, including us, could take him in the second round. I like Ronaldo, I think he's going to be one of the better LB's this decade, but we need offense so much that it would be impractical to take him.

I don't think we should take him at #4 necessarilly, but I disagree that it would be impractical to take him w/our 1st round pick. Whether 3-4 or 4-3, we're going to need an ILB or MLB. Fletcher probably has 1 more year. LB has been a position of need for a few years, though not as much so as O line.

Re: Dream Draft

This is a bad year to be picking in the top four unless you're looking for a defensive superstar.

Okung should still be the pick if he's available. If he's not, you pretty much have to decide between taking the top quarterback on your board, or taking an elite linebacker, corner, or safety. That's not an ideal choice for a team that is weakest at RB, OL, and WR, but that's how the draft position dictates the pick.

do you think someone will be willing to trade into the top 5, if so who and why. and why do hyou think we would go after spiller? shanny has proven he can use pretty much anyone in his system and have them turn out yards.

Well if Bradford and/or Clause are available at #4 I'm sure they will be a lot of takers.
