That was complimented by a top 5 offense. |
Atogwe isn't exactly Gregg Williams' Pierson Prioleau. Then again, Haslett is not even close to being in the same league as a (defensive) coach Williams.
Well I think Atogwe would do greater things in DC with Haslett than what PP has done reuiniting with GW. The Skins ranked 31st Defense but we know those #'s are BS and we can beat that team. Adding Atogwe would allow Landry to be as impactful as Polamalu/Bob sanders, and the chain effect would help our LB situation covering/tackling/blitzing, than our dismal DL (which will be upgraded) can improve too. And not since #21 have we had a FS, let alone a competent capable FS. "I'm very excite!!!!!!" Borat |

I really doubt he'll become a Redskin.

Free Agency hasn't begun yet so no players can be signed yet. |

If they're street free agents they can. IE released players can sign, players with expiring contracts cannot. |
Re: bad day for safties: rams relwasr O.J. Atogwe
I thought it was the first week in march FA signing begins but ok. The team talked a whole lot about KMoore potential then he got hurt, we waited, he returned and played mediocre- I just hope we arent hanging onto to the hope of his return to equate to what Atogwe could be for us.

Re: bad day for safties: rams relwasr O.J. Atogwe
Isn't it nice to have a given FA visit Redskins park and not be compelled to sign immediately by a 500% of market value offer? We're still bringing people in for a look but it sounds more like due diligence and less like frantic straw grasping...

Don't worry about it, you're not the first one to be confused by NFL Free Agency, especially new unknown CBA lockout Free Agency. Everyone gets mixed up with a detail or two at some point. Except me, I'm perfect. But yeah I was pretty confused two weeks ago with the whole Shaun Rodgers FA visit. |
Re: bad day for safties: rams relwasr O.J. Atogwe
I'm not sure it was even our intention to sign him yet.
