I don't understand why we don't have plays for 3rd and short and always seem to be going for 10 or more yards in those situations. Why not throw a slant? A screen pass? Something to compensate for your F*CKED UP OFFENSIVE LINE!. Ugh.

Calling for a long pass on 3rd and short.

When your o-line sucks there needs to be something quick that can help the o-line. That should have been a slant or a screen pass or something other than a 7 step drop.
