No joint here, I don't think Rashard Jennings is going for 176 yards against us, and I think our offense can move the ball against the Giants but sorry if I dont pick a 3 point loss every week. |

On the other hand, if you're anywhere near right on the numbers we'll all be celebrating - even the nattering nabobs of negativity. |
Re: Giants vs Skins Pregame Thread
Gotta find a way to be 3-3 through 6 games. I said that going into last week; and maintain it. If we can be 3-3 through 6 games we'll have a shot. Schedule is much more manageable after Arizona, but at 2-4 or 1-5 it could get ugly quick.
MUST win vs Giants. |

Nah, instead they'll be complaining about how it was one game and we shouldn't be taking them seriously until they do it consistently. |

link to giants video highlights of their win against the Texans. all the highlighted runs by jennings are clear paths right up the middle. also looked like the game was kinda testy, hard hitting for the giants. this game worries me - we are limping into it with injuries on defense and i could see the giants giving us a steady dose of run plays. jennings looks decent (on a highlight reel). |

Although it doesn't seem likely to me, I hope they do run a lot so we can stuff them. |

Yeah, although he had a good game last week IMO we should not be afraid of Jennings. Feed him all day long, please. |

It just popped into my effete, impudent, snobby little brain. |
Re: Giants vs Skins Pregame Thread
If you look at the Giants' offensive productivity, it has steadily increased each game in terms of yards; roughly from 200 to 350 to over 400. And the last two games have been against strong defenses in Arizona and Houston. I'm worried they're starting to fall into a groove. And with our injuries on the defensive side of the ball... this game scares me.

It's true that our defense which wasn't good against the pass to begin with is beat to a pulp. So I expect that Haslett is going to be feverishly twisting the dials trying to create some turnovers. On the bright side, if we need to outscore them we now have the offensive weapons to win a shootout. Bottom line, the Giants are no better than we are. I think we can beat them tomorrow night. |
