No joke. Let's enjoy a merry Redskin Christmas. |
Re: Redskins/Beagles post game thread.
Posted this in another thread, but huge shout out to Trent Williams! Hopefully a life long Redskin. Kerrigan too, he has made great strides this year.
And watching Griffin throw deep bombs to Jackson is a sweet sweet thing to watch! The interception didn't even really bother me. I don't mind taking a deep shot on 3rd and long. It worked out to a 37 yard punt. On good punts you typically gain like 50 yards. I'll take the risk Jackson can make a play for 13 yards. |
Re: Redskins/Beagles post game thread.
Trent and Kory both toughed it out through injuries.
Imagine if they develop a safety and some get some Dlinemen that can get pressure consistently...
Cooley has said repeatedly that when he watches film Breeland looks like a number one corner in the NFL. He is proving it over and over again.
I'm down to hire Captain Chaos as the head of our scouting department. Kudos to the Redskins for finding Breeland, but finds like him have been few and far between outside of Round 1. |

Yep. Really like both those guys. They represented the no quit attitude the entire team displayed in a game that outsiders said didn't mean anything. |

Life is good man. Am I suppose to be upset that the Eagles lost to the Redskins? |

Tough to watch chip get out coached by Jay, huh? |
Re: Redskins/Beagles post game thread.
From all the reports coming from the locker room, seemed like the team really needed and enjoyed this win.
Eagles did a lot of self inflicted damage (penalties, missed FGs), we went with the watered down offensive playbook, defense still gave up a ton of yards but im happy the fellas are happy this week. much needed win, draft position be damned. |
Re: Redskins/Beagles post game thread.
Remember when dumb shit talking heads were saying Philly was a Super Bowl team in the preseason? How's that working out?
