If your prediction comes somewhat true. They will win more than 4, but might be under 500, due to the tough early schedule. If they have a losing record we might just drop Kirk just because of the need to retool yet again. I wouldn't resign anyone up for contract renewal either, unless the really earned their keep. If the team goes 7-9, there really won't be that many players worth keeping. I mean how many defensive linemen do we have that are worth a rat's ass? We still have major depth issues.

A lot of work!!!!! The offense is rather lethargic thus far. Kirk only has one passing touchdown in 3 preseason games. I wasn't expecting him to light it up, but only one?

Talent, eye ball test mainly. He can run and catch. I just think he has the best all around skills and has good size.

Wonder if we'll keep 4 backs. I'd like to see Jones and Kelley rotate, with Thompson as 3rd down back and Perine getting some touches on short yardage/goalline.
