Re: Scary terry
Terry been great...Sims is improving but you can easily see his potential....we need to find a TE and then a speed guy to throw on the other side of Terry. I like Harmon, but we need a little more speed

Terry ran a 4.35 40. I thought he was our speed guy. And our possession guy. And our move the chains guy. and our block down field guy. and our big play guy. He has such strong hands, I wonder what his hand measurements are .... (looked them up, dang hes got small hands, short arms, small wingspan .... I guess these measurables are why he was avail to us) https://www.mockdraftable.com/player/terry-mclaurin |

Jerry Jeudy, Henry Ruggs, Justin Jefferson. Any of these work |

And he is a big play guy, but while he can get down the field but we need a faster threat opposite him to take some coverage off him deep. Teams are shading him too much with over the top coverage. Harmon is a good receiver but teams know he can’t run by anybody. |

Happy 26th Mr. McLaurin! edit .. Terry doesnt like the nickname "Scary Terry". He knows nicknames have to come organically but he hopes we give him a better nick name. |
Re: Scary terry
^ That catch was insane, at first glance I thought it was picked, and then I thought there was no way he caught it

Yeah some of those replay angles showed he had to track the ball in a very difficult way. he had to almost take his eyes off the ball as it came down to switch his angle/head position. Desean Jackson-esque tracking. that rainbow should have been an int though |

that rainbow should have been an int though
Not really the defender would never have landed in bounds. Seems like he threw it where the only guy that could possibly catch it inbounds was Terry, but only with a miraculous effort. Sent from my SM-G973U using Tapatalk |
Re: Scary terry
Heinicke said he could have thrown a better ball...but Terry...he said he doesn't even remember a defender being there. That's how hard he was concentrating on tracking the ball in.

He came flying from far away I suppose.

Re: Scary terry
I love this fucking man!!
I don't have a daughter, but if I did, he would be the standard for the kind of guy I'd want her to date. He's just a fantastic human and a bad ass motherfucking football player. Full package on and off the field. I believe we can extend him this off-season. Give him ALL OF THE MONEY!! |
Re: Scary terry
McLaurin was mic'd up on that catch against the Chargers, said it was the hardest catch he ever had to make, and went on to explain what he did. Pretty cool in the moment reaction.

Re: Scary terry
Love to see Terry getting some love from the national media, but hate that the Scary Terry moniker is getting airtime on national tv. We gotta do better.

Re: Scary terry
and to think he didn't make the top 100 lol

Not saying terry is bad person just people tend to think they know the real person; we just see glimpses of him. A Ravens fan could have easily wrote what you just did about Terry in regards to Ray Rice prior to his incident. Ray was the toast of the town back then. |
