Re: The official Skins/Seahawks game thread

Clinton Portis is the playmaker on this team. Without him we'd have no real offense.

JC can't carry this team with the current OL.

Re: The official Skins/Seahawks game thread

Lets see the O-line blow them off the ball on 3rd and 1!

Let's make a play now on 3rd down - Cooley time

Why Don't We Have An Offense?

Re: The official Skins/Seahawks game thread

Redskins driving.

Third down again. 3 yds.

JC pass deflected by Jansen's guy.

ANOTHER bad punt.

If we could figure that out, we would've had one by now.

SouperMeister 11-23-2008 05:02 PM

Re: The official Skins/Seahawks game thread

Not much of a punt there - you'd like to pin them inside the 15 at minimum when you're punting from their territory.

campbell has never heard of a pump fake

It seems like JC has locked back on to Santana. very aggravating offense :(

Jesus we might as well bring brooks back to punt.

This punter sucks by the way.
Why Don't We Have An Offense?
Inconsistent O-line play. Pure and simple.

Re: The official Skins/Seahawks game thread

We keep getting into third down situations. You're just not going to get them every time.

This offense just can't sustain a drive.

campbell looks like a high school QB

Hasselbeck looks shaky so far - we should be winning this game.

JC is running well but not he's not driving this offense.

OL and his play is inconsistent.

The "D" is stepping up! Hell yeah!!!

why don't we see any of those play action crossing patterns that we used all day against the lions?

Seattle's offense looks as confused as ours.
why don't we see any of those play action crossing patterns that we used all day against the lions?
Those are long developing plays that depend on solid pass protection. We can barely protect Campbell long enough for an 8 yard hitch.

Re: The official Skins/Seahawks game thread

I can't figure out what's wrong with this offense - Portis seems like the only consistent piece we've got.

Campbell almost seems like he's regressing, Moss is dropping stuff he should be catching, Cooley just doesn't seem all that impressive, and our pass protection is a joke. What is going on?

A10sROCK 11-23-2008 05:09 PM

Re: The official Skins/Seahawks game thread

At least Seattle's offense isn't doing anything either.

Jason can't do anything if he only hes 2 seconds before the pocket breaks down.

Our defense is going to get tired! Offense needs to step up !!!! Good job defense thus far!

Santana Moss to receive the PR!

3 yd return.

Hasselbeck is 1-7. We need all the help we can get.

Because if they were, this game would already be getting out of hand.

We just need to relax without that fluke run they have like 16 total yrd the D's been outstanding.

The D is rock solid.

Hasselbeck is 1/7 for 6 yards.

Yeah, we would be in trouble with any kind of Seattle offense.

Time for the offense to do something.
