Yeah while you guys are trying to break you Most Prestiges In 6 Months record I'm at a whopping 18 ! You see you guys are ASSHOLES ! We, the sorry are the true fans of Modern Warfare 2. We do not posess the skills that you guys do. We appreciate the value of a Harrier Jet call. We will NEVER enjoy the feeling that is playing for about 6 hours and you have a 12.5:1 kills to death ratio.

But guess what though. Playing Free For All on the Heli-Pad and I had a 25-6 score coming in first. I was geeked the fuck out. See, You guys take that kind of thing for granted.

I don't know what the hell I just typed. I'm feeling like Towlie right now. This is going to be a great day at work !

Sike naw, this game is so cool ! And playing with you all is too (Cue the sad Silver Spoons music) But we the sorry need you guys. We need you to look up to, To be the benchmark for us to someday become. To see how you wait for us to run through the same alley way only to get killed by you 9 times. Really being the sole provider for those kills that gave you the Predator Missles, the Motion Sensor Mini-Guns, The Gun Ships, etc. Some of us are the ones that fight to be the best no matter the odds.

I've been on an MW2 tear but it's due mostly to playing a lot of games and not actually being good. : )

I also haven't done any single player yet. My fiancee played the first couple chapters but I've been saving it.

You guys are way ahead of me. I bought it yesterday and I'm a level 2 ranked online. I've got 3 kills in 2 matches so far, I'm still learning how to adjust to people just as smart (if not smarter) than I am. I love the storyline in single player though, I did that a lot yesterday before trying to learn how to play online. Last COD I played was COD 3 on PS2, this was my first fps game I've played online.

I find it a LOT harder to snipe in this one. In COD MW1 I was able to snipe and get a ton of kills, much harder in this one.

Also I am a bit upset with the perks. I understand what they are trying to do. But it is a bit too much IMO. Especially when you can double the add-ons to your weapon. It's too good and a bit unrealistic. And some of the killstreaks are too good. Helicopters, for example, seems to get like 10+ kills.

With the weapons they have later in the game, like the javelin, you can bring them down a lot easier. Also, bullets seem to have more damage effect on vehicles.

I'm pleased with the strategic elements they placed in the game.

I like that, I thought too many of the maps in the first game became snipe-fests

I'm more the Zombie type also. I kept holding out hope that they would have brought it to CoD MW1 so players could try it out in the more modern maps and use modern weapons. Nada. They could have changed the clothing and called it just Zombies which would have been cool.

I too was hoping maybe they will make a map of Zombies with the new CoD MW2, but most likely not. They should wait about 3 weeks then release a map pack with just Zombie maps on it for CoD WAW. That way the new game rakes in money its first few weeks, then the new map pack would also rake in money.

Are both companies that build COD using the same basic software format? I ask cause it wouldn't be that hard to add Zombies if they were. I think there was a change from MW1 and WAW, but if there using the same basic principals then it could be added easily with a map pack.

Treyarch came up with the Zombie mode so that's sort of their deal. They may even have some sort of exlusive rights to it so I doubt we'll see it in a MW title.

I played a good amount this weekend. I am level 21 or 22 now. The key is to start learning the maps once you know a map it is much easier to get kills. I think this may have elicplsed Halo for me now. As your weapons get stronger the funnier the game gets. I will say there is a pretty steep learning curve to COD but once mastered lots of fun ahead.

Also I like how you can power up without having to win every match, on Halo they have that complicated forumla they use to increase your levels. Plus the matching on COD is fairly good I have never played against anyone higher then 39. Halo's match making is horrible you will be lumped in with the kid who has not left his TV since buying the game and lives on a stead diet of Dorritos and Mt. Dew which his mom goes out to get him every other day.

It's funny I've never heard of two companies switching off building a game. I guess it's a good idea in the sense that each game will be kinda different, but considering most games have a "Capture the Flag", "Last man standing", "Teams" ...so on and so forth...one would think they would add Zombie mode. Especially since it was a big hit.

Looking around there's rumors that they may take the "Swat" mode and add a Zombie map, but again it's all rumors. There is a lot of chatter about how COD7 might incorporate the Vietnam war and Zombies may be a part of it.

Is it me or does Wasteland resemble Snowbound from Halo 3? It's got that big open area for sniping but it seem's like it's a race to hold the underground bunker.

As for the matching up online I've played against kids who were ranked in the 70's and above. I'm at level 21 right now and I definitely agree once you start to learn the maps it becomes easier. My kills/death ratio was horrible when I started out, now I'm evening out and in some cases coming out with a better kills to death ratio. But playing against the people who have logged crazy time is hard because they know everything so much better than you.

I was checking the online leaderboards and the big theme at the top of the rankings was how much game time they had logged. I've had the game since last Thursday and I've only logged 10 hours of gametime thanks to work and such but at the top of the rankings a whole shitload of kids have already logged as high as 4 days and 10+ hours of gametime. I have no idea how one human being can log over 100 hours of gametime in one week since the game came out. That's crazy.

I enjoy playing it but by the second hour I am pretty burnt on the game. Also, don't play before bed time, you are so amped it is hard to fall asleep afterwards.

Yeah after an hour or so I've had enough, that goes for pretty much any game I just can't sit there for hours on end playing non-stop.

As for playing before bed I can't tell you how many war dreams I've had due to these damn COD games. Last week when the new one came out I was dreaming about war all night long lol

does anyone have any thoughts on the Campaign part of MW2? I don't have time to play 6000 hours a week like most of the kids online so I don't even waste my time since I would get slaughtered.

The campaign is awesome in my opinion, a little short and the ending is a little weak. But over all i thought it was awesome.

I'm still working on the campaign, I think I'm getting pretty close to the end. It's a little hard to follow the plot line, I know you're ultimately trying to kill that Makarov guy but the plot is a little convoluted along the way. Still, it's definitely a lot of fun and has some cool twists and unexpected turns.

The co-op missions are fun too.

As for the campaign, I've already beat it. I thought it was great, but ultimately short. The ending was good though. And yeah, I can't play it for more than 1 1/2 hours at most because I usually get too tired of it and have to stop anyways.

It's in the game, you have to go to the barracks and then where you look at your friends stats you just switch the setting to everybody online.

I finished up the solo campaign last night... cool ending but not quite as cool as COD4 I thought. Still, I thought it was a lot of fun and I'll definitely play through it again.

I played Saturday night and it was very glitchie, don't know what was going on. I noticed a couple people in the match had 0 bars, do you think that was it or a Infanty Ward Issue?

Also does anyone know how to make their NAT open on their router? I have it set to open but it still says closed on Xbox, weird.

Mostly I like to play headquarters, sabotage, or hardcore TDM.

I keep having glitches when I play online too. It pauses a lot, a lot of the hosts keep dropping which usually ends the matchs because it can't find another one, and this one thing happens a lot where I'll be moving around and then it'll freeze up or something, and my guy will shake for like 10 seconds while being whipped around the room, and then it'll freeze completely lol. It's starting to get annoying.
